WHAT is OWLS?
Outdoor Wisconsin Leadership School is an interactive, experience-based education program located in Williams Bay, WI at Holiday Home Camp. The OWLS program utilizes experiential education teaching methods to empower group participants as they combine their efforts to become more effective teams and stronger individuals.
